Transparency is a core principle of Etemad Melal. Every financial movement is recorded in the user panel so you can inspect account status at any time. This article explains which reports exist and what each one shows.
Wallet and transactions
Wallet balance and the history of deposits and withdrawals appear in the financial section. Withdrawal requests are processed after review; status updates in the same list — pending, approved, paid, or rejected.
You should never need to guess whether a transfer completed. If status stays pending longer than expected, use a panel ticket with the transaction reference.
Monthly package profit
For each active package, the Monthly Profit Schedule displays installment due dates. Reports show how much has been paid and what the current monthly commitment is. Compare schedule rows with the dashboard chart to confirm alignment over time.
Commission reports
Rewards for referral, balance, and monthly profit (participation) are available with filters for:
- Type (referral / balance / monthly)
- Date range
- Status (active / ignored)
This structure removes the need for manual spreadsheets. Export or review line items when preparing personal records or tax documentation (consult your own advisor for tax matters).
Network volume in the dashboard
For members building a network, participation volume on left and right branches appears in the Financial Dashboard. These figures underpin balance reward calculations — they are not the same as package profit.
Transparency in practice
| Question | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Did my deposit arrive? | Wallet + transaction list |
| Is my package active? | Active packages widget |
| Was profit paid this month? | Monthly Profit Schedule |
| Why did I receive a commission? | Commissions (filter by type) |
When something looks wrong
- Note the date, amount, and transaction or commission ID.
- Check whether status is still pending.
- Open a support ticket or use the website contact form.
Etemad Melal does not replace professional financial advice, but it does provide real-time visibility into platform-recorded activity. Regular review of these reports is the best way to stay informed and catch issues early.
Transparency vs. external claims
Third-party screenshots or informal summaries cannot replace your own panel login. If someone cites a reward or return that you cannot find in Commissions or the Monthly Profit Schedule, treat that as a signal to verify independently — not as fact.
Audit trail mindset
Think of each deposit, profit installment, and commission row as an audit trail. Monthly, export or note totals for your personal records. Quarterly, reconcile wallet balance changes against deposits, withdrawals, and credited profit. This habit catches discrepancies early and builds confidence in the platform’s reporting model.
