Package contract: what to read before signing

Term, amount, return rate, and withdrawal rules — a guide to the digital contract in the panel.

After you select a package in the Etemad Melal panel, a digital contract is displayed for review and signature. Signing without reading increases the risk of misunderstanding. Use this checklist before you confirm.

Identity and financial details

Verify that the contract shows:

  • Your registered name and identity details
  • Investment amount within the allowed range for the package
  • Package name: Aghaze, Pishgam, Paydar, Abr, or Saramad

Any mismatch between your intent and the displayed amount should be resolved before signing — contact support if the panel shows unexpected values.

Term and return

  • Contract term: 18 months (Aghaze) or 36 months (other packages)
  • Monthly return rate: as listed on the website and package page
  • Installment plan: visible in the Monthly Profit Schedule after activation

The approximate return on marketing pages is a guide; the contract and panel are authoritative for your specific agreement.

Caps and operational limits

The contract or package page references daily cap and cap multiplier. These are operational limits of the platform. Before a large deposit, understand how they apply to your tier — caps vary by package (for example, 30M to 500M Toman daily depending on tier).

Termination and withdrawal clauses

Read sections covering:

  • Early withdrawal possibilities
  • Penalties or restrictions
  • Processing time for approved requests

If any clause is unclear, open a support ticket before signing. Do not rely on verbal explanations outside the panel.

Archived signed copy

After signature, the contract remains stored in your panel. This signed version is the basis for any support discussion — refer to it when asking about term, amount, or profit schedule.

After signing — what happens next

  1. The package appears as active in the dashboard.
  2. The first profit due date appears in the Monthly Profit Schedule.
  3. Network rewards (if applicable) log separately in Commissions.

Informed signing leads to a smoother investment experience. Treat the contract as your primary reference, supplemented by real-time panel reports for day-to-day tracking.

Red flags before you sign

Stop and contact support if you notice:

  • An investment amount outside the package range you selected
  • A contract term that does not match the package marketing page
  • Missing or blank sections where profit rate or duration should appear

Never sign under pressure from third parties. The panel contract is between you and the platform — verify it yourself on screen.

Keeping records

Screenshot or download options may vary by panel version, but the signed copy always remains accessible inside your account. When comparing Monthly Profit Schedule entries to expectations, cite contract section and installment date in support tickets for faster resolution.
